So, now that we covered the basics. The following are some FAQs.

How do I sign up?

Please email rocfencing@gmail.com with your name, the fencer's name, date of birth, which series you would like to join, best contact phone. If you aren't an avid emailer, please call the fencing club directly at 585-654-6047

When do I pay?

Full payment is made the first day of class. Signing up is still necessary so we make sure that our roster isn't full.

What if I miss a class?

No problem! People miss classes all the time. Please make sure to inform the instructor, Colin Clinton, on the first day of class about your absences and he will come up with a time to make up the class before the next lesson. If you are missing the first day of class, just indicate that in your email or phone conversation.

Can I come visit the fencing club?

OF COURSE! We always encourage everyone to come and visit us. Don't worry, it's free! It's a good idea to come in, check out the sport and see if it is something that you really would like to join. Please check our schedules to make sure we are around. Even better would be to call the club 585-654-6047 before you make your appearance.

What if I have more questions?

You are welcome to contact the fencing club via email at rocfencing@gmail.com or by phone 585-654-6047. We are always happy to answer all your questions!

(I've even answered questions on how much a picket fence costs to install..not that I knew the answer.)

What if I can't make Saturdays?

Good question! If you can't make Saturdays, we offer a three lesson crash course with our instructor Colin Clinton. This way you can come in, get three 30-minute lessons, and be prepared to enter one of the classes. Altogether the lessons cost $105 including equipment. Checks, cash, credit are all to be made out to the Rochester Fencing Club. Please do not pay any instructor directly.

Colin can make sure to work around your schedule for the three lessons. In order to sign up for them, please contact rocfencing@gmail.com or call 585-654-6047.
